Terms of Service

By accessing or using EleganceInvites (eleganceinvites.com), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including event organizers, guests, and wedding planners.

EleganceInvites is a SaaS platform for creating, customizing, and sharing digital invitations for events. The service includes:

• Visual editor for designing interactive digital invitations
• Guest management and real-time RSVP tracking
• Invitation delivery via email, WhatsApp, and direct link
• QR code generation for sharing invitations
• Photo gallery and event analytics

To access certain features you need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

EleganceInvites offers different plans with varying levels of access:

Free Plan

Allows creating one event with limited features: 5 visible sections, 50 guests maximum, 10 invitation views, simple templates, and mandatory EleganceInvites badge. Event data is retained for 1 day after the event.

Basic and Premium Plans (one-time payment per event)

Unlock additional features such as more sections, more guests, WhatsApp and email delivery, music, splash screen, and premium templates (Premium only). Post-event retention is 1 year (Basic) or 2 years (Premium).

Planner Pro Plan (monthly subscription)

Designed for professional wedding planners. Includes unlimited events with premium features, client management, custom branding, and white-label. The subscription renews monthly and can be canceled at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree that:

• Prices are displayed in USD and MXN. The charge is made in the currency selected at the time of purchase.
• Basic and Premium plan payments are one-time and non-refundable once the event has been published.
• The Planner Pro subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
• EleganceInvites does not store credit card data. All payment information is managed directly by Stripe.

You are responsible for all content you upload or publish on the platform.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, texts, and information you upload to EleganceInvites. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain illegal, defamatory, or offensive material.

License of use

By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to store, process, and display said content solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating and distributing your invitations). We will not use your content for other purposes.

It is prohibited to use EleganceInvites to:

• Send spam, unsolicited content, or mass communications unrelated to event invitations
• Publish illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening content, or content that incites hatred
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or internal platform systems
• Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing, or any type of harmful software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code

By sharing invitations through our platform, you agree that:

• You have the guests' consent to send them communications through the selected channels (email, WhatsApp)
• Guest information (names, emails, phone numbers) you register will be treated according to our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws in your jurisdiction

EleganceInvites and all its original content (design, code, templates, logos, texts, and graphics) are the property of EleganceInvites and are protected by intellectual property laws. Invitation templates are licensed for personal or commercial use (for planners) according to the subscribed plan, but may not be redistributed, resold, or used outside the platform.

EleganceInvites is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times
• The results of the service will meet your specific expectations
• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms of service or the Privacy Policy
• You use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• You fail to make subscription payment (Planner Pro) for more than 30 days

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
